Privacy Policy
Our privacy promise:
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or for marketing lists.
- We do not use your information for commercial data trading.
- We do not collect extra personal data for tracking or profiling beyond what you provide to use UniLive's.
- We protect your account and content with strong, industry-standard security (encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure).
Age requirement: UniLive's is for users who are 18 years of age or older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the app or create an account. UniLive's and related operators are not responsible for underage use of the service.
This Privacy Policy explains UniLive's (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) privacy practices for websites and apps at domains including uniapplab.com and app.uniapplab.com.
1. We do not sell or commercially share your data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for advertising, analytics resale, or any commercial data-broker purpose.
Your data is yours. We will not monetize it by selling or sharing it with outsiders.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience profiles.
- We do not buy or scrape personal data about you from data brokers.
- We do not collect payment card numbers on our own servers when checkout is handled by a payment provider.
- We do not use your private messages or private content for advertising.
3. Information needed only to run your account
To let you sign in and use UniLive's features (profile, feed, messages, live rooms, wallet), the Service must keep the information you choose to provide for those features — for example email/login, display name, username, profile photo, and content you post or send. That information is used only to operate UniLive's for you, not to sell or share for profit.
Technical signals needed for security and reliability (such as basic connection/security logs) may be processed solely to keep the Service working and protected — not for advertising.
4. How we use information
- Provide the features you request (account, social, live, messaging, wallet).
- Authenticate you and protect the platform from abuse and fraud.
- Sync your account across your devices when you sign in.
- Send essential service/security notices when needed.
- Comply with law only when legally required.
We do not use your personal data to build advertising profiles or to sell insights about you.
5. When others may see information
- You choose to share — content or profile details you make public, or send to other users in chats/rooms, are visible to those audiences.
- Infrastructure providers — trusted cloud hosts that power login, storage, or live streaming may process data only as needed to run UniLive's, under our instructions, and not to sell your data.
- Legal requirement — only if the law requires disclosure to protect safety or comply with a valid legal process.
None of the above means we sell or market your personal data.
6. Users must not steal, copy, sell, or hack data
Other users may not hack UniLive's, take your information without permission, copy or scrape your data for reuse, or sell/leak personal data from the Service. Those acts are banned in our Terms of Service. Breaking those rules can lead to bans and legal action under applicable law (including reporting to authorities and civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate). If you believe your account or data was misused, contact support through the app or uniapplab.com.
7. Security
We take security seriously. We use industry-standard safeguards designed to keep your account and content protected, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. We work to keep UniLive's as secure as possible for every user.
You also help by keeping your password private and signing out on shared devices.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep account and content data only while needed to provide the Service you use, or as required by law. You may delete your account through in-app settings where available; we will remove associated personal data from active systems subject to legal retention needs.
9. Children’s privacy / under-18 prohibition
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly allow under-18 accounts. If we learn an underage account exists, we will disable it and remove related personal data. By using UniLive's you represent that you are at least 18. The developer, service, and app accept no liability arising from underage access or use.
10. Your choices
- Edit or remove profile content in the app.
- Request account deletion through Settings where available.
- Read our Terms of Service & User Agreement.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
